Awantipora, May 31: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Unit Pulwama on Sunday organised a special programme at Goripora Awantipora to collectively listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 134th episode of Mann Ki Baat.
The programme was presided over by BJP District President Pulwama, Engineer Syed Showket Gayoor Andrabi, and witnessed the participation of senior party leaders, workers, and prominent citizens from the area. A good number of people gathered enthusiastically to listen to the Prime Minister’s address, which focused on various social, cultural, and developmental issues of national importance.
Speaking on the occasion, Engineer Syed Showket Gayoor Andrabi said that Mann Ki Baat has become an effective platform for connecting citizens with the nation’s progress and inspiring people to contribute towards social development and nation-building. He highlighted the Prime Minister’s emphasis on public participation, innovation, environmental conservation, and grassroots initiatives.
Participants attentively listened to the programme and appreciated the Prime Minister’s efforts to highlight inspiring stories and achievements from different parts of the country. They also discussed the key messages delivered during the broadcast and reaffirmed their commitment to working for the welfare and development of society.
