On (JRL) Joint Resistance Leadership’s call to boycott panchayat polls, people observed complete shutdown in areas where polling was to be held.
All Shops, business establishments, Government & Private Schools & Collages, Government & Private Offices were Shuts on Tuesday. Further Traffic Moment was also Not visble on roads.
Meanwhile, Internet Services were Snapped in South Kashmir’s Anantnag District Ahead of Panchayat Polls for a Security Reasons.
Authorities on Tuesday Suspended Banihal -Baramulla train Services as a Precasonary Measures to maintain Law & Order problem.
Amid Shutdown, People were Seen on Polling Boots to Caste their votes in The Valley. Total 61 Percent Turnout was Recorded in The 2nd Phase of Panchayat polls.
