Anil Koul has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer against deputy mayor SMC over corruption allegations

Srinagar, Jul 31 : J&K Government has ordered an inquiry into allegations of corruption against Parvez Qadri, deputy mayor, Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) and appointed Anil Koul as the inquiry officer.
According to News Agency that in an order by (HUDD) the government said that the inquiry was initiated on the basis of report received from Anti Corruption Bureau, Srinagar.

As per order Mr Anil Koul as the Inquiry Officer to conduct a detailed inquiry into the allegations of corruption against Mr. Parvez Qadri, Deputy Mayor, Srinagar Municipal Corporation on the basis of inputs/report received from Anti Corruption Bureau, J&K Srinagar,The principles of natural justice shall be adhered to during the process of inquiry, it said.–(Agencies)
