The Chinar Women’s Premier League 2026 is set to be held from September 3 to 10, 2026, bringing together 12 women’s cricket teams from across Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh. The tournament features 10 teams representing Kashmir districts, along with one team each from Jammu and Ladakh.
Army Organised as a platform to promote women’s empowerment through sports, the historic league aims to provide talented female cricketers with valuable competitive exposure, greater visibility and an opportunity to showcase their skills at a higher level.
The initiative seeks to transcend geographical and social barriers, inspire young women to pursue their sporting ambitions and instil the confidence to break boundaries and compete on larger platforms.
