DC Baramulla reviews SBM-G Activities Calls for 100% Target achievement within Stipulated Timeframe

BARAMULLA, DECEMBER 04: Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Minga Sherpa, today chaired a comprehensive review meeting on various activities being carried out under the Swachh Bharat Mission–Gramin (SBM-G) at the Main meeting Hall, DC Office Baramulla.
During the meeting, concerned officers presented updates on ongoing works and projects being executed across the district.

The DC took a detailed review of the works which have already been tendered out or allotted, directing officers to ensure that these projects are initiated on the ground within the coming week.
Stressing the importance of timely execution, the DC emphasized achieving 100% targets within the stipulated time frame, adding that delays will not be tolerated in projects aimed at improving cleanliness and sanitation in rural areas.
He called for close monitoring, regular field visits, and strict adherence to quality parameters to ensure successful implementation of SBM-G initiatives across the district.
Chief Planning Officer, Assistant Commissioner Development, Block Development Officers and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
