Ganderbal, Jan 15 : Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal,Shyambir today flagged- off an awareness rally as a part of 35th Road Safety month from Mini Secretariat Ganderbal in presence of SSP Ganderbal Nikhil Borkar.Senior Motor Vehicle Inspector Manzoor Ahmad and Motor Vehicle Inspector Shahid Ahmad with an aim to sensitize people about the importance of following traffic rules to prevent road accidents in the district.
While speaking on the occasion DC said that aim of celebrating the month is to sensitize the people especially the drivers about road safety so that people drive sensibly on roads and follow traffic norms so that accidents are minimized.
