Dialogue over Division: Film Fraternity, Influencers and Media Journalists Turn to Maitreya Dadashreeji for a Message of Peace Amid Ongoing National Protests

Mumbai | 23 July 2026: At a time when the nation is witnessing growing unrest and polarization, members of the film fraternity, influencers, media journalists and other public voices turned to MaitriBodh Parivaar, a socio-spiritual organisation dedicated to fostering love and peace, for a constructive dialogue on the ongoing national protests and a peaceful resolution.

The interaction was guided by Global Humanitarian Maitreya Dadashreeji and witnessed the presence of acclaimed actors Smita Jaykar, Raj Arjun, Kajal Aggarwal, Makarand Deshpande, Kunickaa Sadanand, Adinath Kothare, Aaditi Pohankar, RJ Malishka, Manav Manglani, Sneh Zala; along with several prominent influencers, media journalists and distinguished members of the entertainment industry.

Guided by Maitreya Dadashreeji, the founder-visionary of MaitriBodh Parivaar, the interaction focused on understanding the root causes of the present crisis while offering both spiritual and practical solutions that can help society move towards harmony instead of division. Opening the dialogue, Maitreya Dadashreeji reaffirmed MaitriBodh Parivaar’s unwavering commitment to peace. “Wherever there is disturbance, MaitriBodh Parivaar will be there for stability. We are pro-peace. We choose peace. One truly understands the value of peace only when it is disturbed. What is happening in our country today is deeply concerning. Our responsibility is not merely to react, but to find ways to restore harmony.”

Reflecting on the recent protests led by the youth, Maitreya Dadashreeji observed that many movements begin with genuine intentions but gradually lose direction when constructive leadership is absent. “The initial spirit was pure. However, once the movement loses guidance, the original purpose gets overshadowed. People begin talking more about the violence than the cause itself.” He emphasized that, “Today’s generation possesses extraordinary energy, but that energy requires experienced guidance and disciplined direction. The youth should pause, think, rethink and then act. India’s future will be built through peace, not through unrest.” He further remarked that protests alone cannot become lasting solutions. Instead, research, planning and constructive engagement must accompany public participation. “MaitriBodh Parivaar researches problems, studies them deeply, creates practical frameworks and then works towards implementation. Real transformation comes through solutions, not merely through demands.” He emphasized that if society fails to guide its youth today, the consequences could extend far beyond anyone’s control.

Speaking about governance, Maitreya Dadashreeji acknowledged that timely communication from authorities is essential during periods of public unrest. “The government should communicate with citizens at the earliest opportunity. Delayed communication creates uncertainty, and uncertainty creates panic. Transparent dialogue builds trust. An open dialogue between all stakeholders, begun early, could have prevented much of the present situation. Through dialogue, healing becomes possible.”

Addressing the role of law enforcement agencies, he appealed for both sensitivity and mutual respect. “The police have the responsibility of maintaining law and order, but while doing so, the dignity of every individual must remain protected, especially women. Police should see the youth as their own children, and the youth should look upon the police with the respect they would offer their elders. Violence from either side only weakens society.”

“Our culture has never taught us to divide people, hate others or inflict violence. Every citizen has the democratic right to protest, but violence can never become the language of change.” Clarifying the organisation’s position, Maitreya Dadashreeji said that MaitriBodh Parivaar stands above political affiliations, ideologies and religious identities. “We are not with any political party, ideology or religion. We stand for One World, One Family: Ek Bharat Hum Bharat. Anything that divides one from another cannot become our path.”

MaitriBodh Parivaar, and Maitreya Dadashreeji reaffirmed that whenever society faces unrest, it will continue to stand as a bridge for dialogue, healing and constructive action. Let there be peace!
