JK Housing Board organizes special camp in Srinagar

SRINAGAR, JULY 31: A special camp was organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Housing Board today here at Bemina Camp office.
The camp aimed to address public grievances related to plot transfers, leasehold rights, and other housing matters.

Managing Director of the Housing Board, Ashish Kumar Gupta, was also present to oversee the camp’s operations.
The camp, which will run until August 3rd aims to provide assistance with various issues such as the transfer of plots, extension/conversion of leasehold rights, NOC for conveyance deed, NOC for sale deed, and more.
This initiative allows the public to directly engage with officials to promptly address their concerns.
The first day saw a significant number of applicants visiting the office and sought information and collected documents for the transfer of plots and other related matters.
The Housing Board officials promptly addressed most of the issues on the spot, providing guidance for resolving any remaining concerns.
The Managing Director encouraged allottees/ lessees and the general public to take full advantage of this opportunity.
Furthermore, he expressed that similar special camps will be organized in the future, providing hope and reassurance to the public.
