In an unfortunate administrative step SE KPDCL Circle 2nd has stoped APR Of various employees pertaining to the circle in the pretext of revenue which has made employees worried and their promotional aspects are being affected. Such move by the officer seems nothing less than to create avenues of corruption in his office and to compel the employees make rounds to the tables of hos Babus. We urge on power administration to rein in such officers who are delaying unnecessarily and creating the hye and cry atmosphere among the empolyees .JKEEU circle Srinagar budgam organise a strong resistance all around shall be initiated for which power administration shall be soley responsible.
