JAMMU MARCH : 20 Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha has extended his heartiest greetings to the people on the occasion of Navroz.

In his message, the Lieutenant Governor has said, “On the auspicious occasion of Navroz, I convey my heartiest greetings and best wishes to all.
May the festivity and celebration on this Navroz inspire us towards righteous living and usher in peace, prosperity and happiness for all”.
