Jammu kashmir power empolyees coordination committee once again yearns the power management that the employees working in the field who sacrifice their comfort, work all day and night for the accumulation of the power fee, and give their everything in making this corporation productive and vigorous, but alas the employees have not been given any promotion from past 20years which is extremely savagery.Despite these employees are considered as the multi task workers and provided with a lot of work like revenue, disconnection, erection, the stabilisation of network ,collection of fees and everything else, but when these employees demand for the promotion they are completely ignored. On the other hand the engineers, whose performances are nothing at the satisfaction level, they are accorded with the back to back promotions. Even if the employees work so hard to provide the corporation with their best they are always demotivated and put down by saying that they don’t perform any well. We request the chief Minister of UT, and the Principal Secretary pdd to please check over this issues as you value and cherish the officers and disparage the employees which is against the CSR and is against the human violation.Further more DPC are not being conducted at District Levels on yearly basis which ultimately deprives the executive staff from promotional benefits. Besides, the proposal may be prepared and forwarded to higher authorities for grant of Risk Allowance, as there is every chance of risk of life while performing filed duties. There are so many employees who have lost their lives in line duty, so the PDD Executive Staff is rightly fully qualifies for RISK ALLOWANCE.
The apex authorities are requested to settle the issues of executive staff well in time, otherwise Jkpecc shall start their strong agitation within ten days against the poor response from power management , consequences whatsoever shall be on power management.
