Mumbai, Aug 9 – After a long struggle, the film ‘The Diary of West Bengal’ based on true events in Bengal is finally scheduled for release. The film will hit the theaters on August 30. The film depicts the violence against Hindus in West Bengal, love jihad, and the deteriorating law and order situation. The film is based on the problems of a region that is ready to break away from the country.


The film shows the reality of everyday life, religious conversion, and the politics of appeasement. Director Sanjay Mishra said in Mumbai that we had to work hard to make this film and even harder to get it released. We had to reshoot many scenes and sequences. We had submitted the film to the censor board for review a long time ago and had to wait for a long time. Finally, we have got the green signal for release from all sides and the film is scheduled to release on August 30. The music of the film is available on Zee Music.
