New Delhi 05-May-2025: The Supreme Court today directed comedians Samay Raina, Vipun Goyal and three others to personally appear before it responding to a petition alleging that they had made insensitive jokes mocking persons with disabilities.
A bench of Justices Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh directed the Commissioner of police to issue notice to them to ensure they remain present in court on the next date
