Commandant, ADC Awantipora Lead Mega Rally

PAMPORE, August 13: In a vibrant display of patriotism and national unity, 110 Battalion Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) organised a mega Tiranga Rally on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway in Pampore area of Pulwama district, with enthusiastic participation from the civil administration, educational institutions, local youth and members of the community on Thursday.
The rally was led by Commandant 110 Battalion CRPF B.R. Meena, Additional Deputy Commissioner Awantipora Mushtaq Ahmad Lone, 2IC Santosh KR Sinha, Deputy Commandants Rajive Kumar and Satyavir Singh.
Students and staff members of Birla Open Minds School and Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS), Lethpora, along with local youth, elders and Unit Officers and personnel participated in mega rally, officials told Morning Kashmir.
Carrying the Tricolour with pride, participants marched from 110 Battalion Headquarter Lethpora and passed through on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway Lethpora, Galander Pampore, and Hajibal crossing, before returning to the starting point.
Huge number of CRPF vehicles and motorcycles were decorated with tricolour to celebrate Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign.
Patriotic slogans, mass singing of Vande Mataram and the sight of the National Flag created an atmosphere of pride, unity and national fervour.
The enthusiastic participation of students and local residents reflected their deep respect for Flag and strengthened the message of unity, integrity, harmony and national integration. The event also reinforced the spirit of cooperation and mutual trust between CRPF, civil administration and local community.
The rally concluded on a patriotic note, with participants reaffirming their commitment to uphold the unity, integrity and constitutional values of the Nation.
Commandant 110 Battalion Battalion CRPF B.R. Meena said that the Tiranga Rally was organised to promote patriotism and national pride. He said the rally was joined by the Additional Deputy Commissioner Awantipora Mushtaq Ahmad Lone and a large number of school students and staff members and CRPF jawans.
He said the rally would create greater awareness among the participants and the public about love for the nation, patriotism and the spirit of sacrifice. He added that the occasion was also a tribute to the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the service of the nation.
