Dr. Khoja, a well-known name in Vastu and Astrology, is steadily gaining recognition not only in India but also in several countries around the world. Having shared the stage with celebrities such as Vivek Oberoi, Daisy Shah, Udit Narayan,Kumar Sanu,Annu kapoor, Esha Gupta, Sangeeta Bijlani and Rajiv Thakur (Stand Up Comedian) at various events, Dr. Khoja is currently providing Vastu and astrological consultations to clients in India and abroad.
Originally from Vapi, Gujarat, Dr. Khoja moved to Mumbai and built his career through years of study, research and practical experience in Vastu and Astrology. Today, he receives consultation requests from countries including the United States, Dubai, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia and Thailand.
Dr. Khoja has received several national and international honours. He is a two-time Gold Medalist and his name is also recorded in the India Book of Records. Over the years, he has studied and practiced various disciplines, including Nadi Astrology, Vedic Astrology, Lal Kitab, Numerology, Face Reading, Palmistry and Western Astrology.
Recently, Dr. Khoja participated in an international conference in Malaysia that brought together renowned Vastu experts, astrologers and spiritual scholars from different parts of the world. During the event, he shared his experiences and insights related to Vastu and Astrology.
According to Dr. Khoja, he has also worked with leading industrialists and business groups in several countries, including Thailand. He believes that interest in Indian Vastu and Astrology continues to grow internationally.
Recalling one of the most challenging assignments of his career, Dr. Khoja spoke about a 20-storey complex in Nairobi, Kenya, where a series of negative incidents and deaths had created fear among residents. As a result, the property had an occupancy rate of only around 5 percent.
“I spent nearly 25 days in Nairobi studying the property and its surroundings. Several Vastu-related recommendations and corrective measures were implemented. Over time, the environment improved significantly. Today, the same complex that once had only 5 percent occupancy is now almost fully occupied,” said Dr. Khoja.
Another major milestone in his career was his association with a pan-India radio programme on Radio Mirchi. The show reportedly reached nearly 40 million listeners across the country. During its run, the programme received more than 100 calls every day from people seeking guidance on personal, family and business-related matters.
“Radio Mirchi gave me an opportunity to connect with people from across India. Every day, a large number of listeners would call with their questions and concerns. The trust and affection of people remain my biggest achievement,” he said.
Dr. Khoja says that his objective goes beyond making predictions. He believes in helping people develop a positive outlook and make informed decisions. According to him, positive actions and constructive thinking play an important role in shaping one’s life.
With a growing international presence spanning India, the United States, Kenya, Malaysia, Thailand, Dubai and other countries, Dr. Khoja has emerged as a recognized name in the field of Vastu and Astrology.
