New Delhi, June 17, 2026: In a significant recognition of contemporary strategic thought and national security discourse, Information Warfare: Battleground of the Digital Age authored by Rahul Pandit was presented to General Upendra Dwivedi, PVSM, AVSM, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), during a special interaction featuring a collection of notable publications focused on military excellence, national security, leadership, and emerging security challenges.

It examines contemporary threats arising from cyber warfare, disinformation campaigns, social media manipulation, cognitive warfare, artificial intelligence and information operations conducted by both state and non-state actors.
