Takes stock of the healthcare facilities provided at the centre
Baramulla, Jan 11 : In a concerted effort to ensure the optimal functioning of healthcare facilities, the Deputy Commissioner(DC) Baramulla Shri Minga Sherpa undertook a comprehensive visit to the Primary Health Center (PHC) in Sheeri. The visit, which spanned across all sections of the hospital, aimed at obtaining a firsthand appraisal of the services being provided to patients.
As part of the assessment, the DC inspected the duty roster, emphasizing the significance of efficient workforce management to ensure round-the-clock healthcare delivery.
Later, Shri Minga Sherpa directly engaged with the local community, addressing their concerns and assured them that all genuine grievances raised would be taken up in a time-bound manner.
The DC expressed a firm commitment to improving healthcare services in the region, acknowledging the crucial role of PHC Sheeri in catering to the health needs of the local populace. The visit reflects a proactive approach to governance, with a focus on continuous improvement and community well-being.
