The visit was part of the administration’s ongoing efforts to monitor and expedite the implementation of critical water supply projects to provide potable water to each household.

The Deputy Commissioner inspected several sites in the area and interacted extensively with local residents to understand their issues. The locals expressed concerns regarding delays in the completion of certain works and highlighted their expectations from the JJM.

Responding to their concerns, the DC assured the public that the administration is committed to the timely delivery of JJM benefits. He directed the concerned departments to address all bottlenecks and expedite the ongoing works. “Quality and timeliness are non-negotiable.
