DDC Chairperson conducts extensive tour of Damnote area

UDHAMPUR, AUGUST 10: District Development Council Chairperson, Lal Chand today undertook an extensive tour of the Damnote area, during which he inaugurated the new building of Government Higher Secondary School Damnote in Block Moungri.
The event was attended by DDC Councillor Jasvir Singh, Zonal Education Officer Panchari, AEE PWD, and the Principal of the Government Higher Secondary School Damnote.

The construction of the building, which cost Rs. 43.97 lakh, is a significant addition to the region’s educational facilities.
The DDC Chairperson also visited the Health Centre in Lali, where construction is nearing completion. He instructed the executing agencies to accelerate the final stages of the project.
Emphasizing the critical role of education in national development and prosperity, the DDC Chairperson underscored the importance of increasing enrollment in government schools and delivering high-quality education.
