Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh): Marking the auspicious occasion of Teacher’s Day, a landmark step toward road safety and mindful mobility was taken in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. The ‘Eco Bharat Road Safety Initiative’ was officially inaugurated at the Mini Stadium, Mundapande, by Hon’ble MLA Thakur Ramveer Singh (Advocate) along with senior district administration officials.
The launch took place during a mega Teacher Felicitation Ceremony and Educational Conclave, attended by over 1,500 teachers, community leaders, and administrative dignitaries. Hon’ble MLA Thakur Ramveer Singh, Block Pramukh, along with Sampat Saraswat Bamanwali, Founder & CEO of Eco Bharat, unveiled the revolutionary Eco Bharat Emergency QR stickers and vehicle safety modules.
Mission to Protect Every Commuter Across UP: MLA Thakur Ramveer Singh
Addressing the large gathering, MLA Thakur Ramveer Singh emphasized that educators are nation-builders and the most impactful ambassadors for civic consciousness. “Road accidents claim thousands of precious lives each year, predominantly due to delays in communication during the critical ‘Golden Hour’. Eco Bharat’s indigenous technology bridges this gap seamlessly. We have set a dedicated target to scale this initiative across the entire state of Uttar Pradesh over the next six months,” he asserted.
Technology Saving Lives: Sampat Saraswat Bamanwali
Speaking on the occasion, Sampat Saraswat Bamanwali, Founder & CEO of Eco Bharat, explained the operational mechanics of the platform. Eco Bharat leverages privacy-first Smart QR stickers affixed on vehicles. In case of an accident or emergency, any bystander can scan the code to immediately alert the victim’s emergency contacts and local emergency services with real-time location and critical medical parameters (e.g., blood type), all while keeping personal contact numbers private and fully compliant with the Government of India’s Good Samaritan guidelines.
