Even after making almost 90 percent payment, possession could not be obtained even after 14 years, in fact the Supreme Court of the country even put a break on this project in 2021 and since then the dream and dream house of these 480 home buyers is in limbo. I am hanging in.
Many of these people had dreamed of buying a house in this building by taking a loan from the bank, but they are either no more in this world or are still living with their retirement money or salary, the bank loan and their rented house. Sighing after paying the fare.
After losing such a huge amount of money and living in such a sad situation of hopelessness for a long time, some people have even lost their mental balance. Now those people have hope only from Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis, and the country’s Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
After meeting with these 480 home buyers present in a press conference, actor Surendra Pal Singh said that even today they are forced to live in a one-room house. 14 years ago, by investing Rs 60-70 lakh in this project, he had nurtured the dream of settling in a dream house with his family in Mumbai, but with time those hopes were also shattered.And now even the children have left us and gone to some other place because they could not get the house of their dreams. Surendra Pal Singh says emotionally that we are 480 home buyers of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji because in his address he always praised the people of the entire country. He has talked only about 140 crore countrymen.Now only he can help us in getting our dream house back.
Because the building in which we have invested money is almost 90% completed but its owner Anubhav Aggarwal has already invested Rs 538 crore of this project in his other companies. He left this building incomplete and declared it a defaulter and was even caught once from the airport while trying to flee abroad.And since then the Supreme Court has also put a stay on it.
Our request to the Prime Minister now is that we are in the fourth stage of our life and do not give us hope from here, otherwise we will not be able to live anymore.
Actually, all these home buyers have been waiting for the possession of their houses for the last 15 years, all these buyers have also paid 90% of the agreed amount to RNA Corp (Anubhav Aggarwal), despite this, the buyers who paid this much also have the same experience. Aggarwal failed to deliver the flat.
On a petition filed in this regard, the Supreme Court had ordered status quo 3 years ago and all these home buyers now demand cancellation of that status quo.
CIRP is stalled due to the Supreme Court’s order removing the status quo. All these home buyers believe that now they request the RP appointed for the case to hand over the possession of their houses to these buyers without any delay.
And we also demand appropriate compensation from RNA Corp builder to all these affected families for the delay, as we are responsible for the mental agony and financial difficulties endured by us for the last 14 years, hence this builder should not have to pay this compensation.
