Sona Selection India IPO to Open on September 17

Mumbai (Anil Bedag): Sona Selection India Limited, a company engaged in the fabric manufacturing and processing sector, is set to enter the capital markets with its initial public offering (IPO). The company’s IPO will open for subscription on September 17, 2026, and close on September 21, 2026. Bidding for anchor investors will open on September 16. The company has fixed the price band at ₹94 to ₹99 per equity share.

The issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 1.43 crore equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. Investors can bid for a minimum of 150 shares and in multiples of 150 shares thereafter. At the upper end of the price band, the investment required for one lot will be ₹14,850.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the IPO primarily towards repayment/pre-payment of certain borrowings availed from banks, capital expenditure for the purchase of plant and machinery at its existing manufacturing facility in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, and general corporate purposes.

The issue will be conducted through the book-building process. The company proposes to list its equity shares on both the BSE and NSE.
