Srinagar June : 23 The government has notified updated subordinate Services Recruitment Rules (Non Gazetted) for SKIMS Medical College and Hospital, Bemina saying that various changes have taken place from time to time on account of upgradations, creations and change of nomenclature etc.
Secretary to the Government for Health and Medical Education Department Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah in a communique has said that the government orders issued in the year 2008 and other on the subordinate Services Recruitment Rules (Non Gazetted) for SKIMS Medical College and Hospital, Bemina from time to time, the method of recruitment and promotion in respect of Non-Gazetted or Class-IV (MTS) posts for SKIMS Medical College, JVC Bemina were notified by the SKIMS Medical College, JVC Bemina.
The communique also states that “These changes necessitated the updation and formation of the Subordinate Services Recruitment Rules (Non Gazetted) for SKIMS Medical College and Hospital, Bemina, afresh.”
“The draft recruitment rules were forwarded to the State Allied Healthcare Council, J&K (Erstwhile J&K Paramedical Council) for examination and deliberation,” it reads.
“Now therefore, before placing the Subordinate Services Recruitment Rules (Non Gazetted) for SKIMS Medical College and Hospital, Bemina, 2025 to the Standing Committee, ARI Training Department for its consideration and approval, the draft notification along with ‘Schedule-I| and ‘II’ are notified for inviting objections, if any, from all the stakeholders including members of SKIMS Medical College and Hospital, JVC Bemina,” reads the communique.
In this regard the government has further clarified that the objections, if any, should reach the Health and Medical Education Department within a period of fifteen days from the date of issuance of this notification. After expiry of the said period, no objection in this regard shall be entertained.
