The gathering, organized by the Travel Agents Society of Kashmir (TASK), brought together leaders from various tourism bodies to finalize a white paper containing suggestions, objections, and recommendations regarding the proposed rules.
The meeting was attended by prominent figures in the region’s tourism industry, including Mohammad Ibrahim Siah, President of TASK; Noor Mohammad Shangloo, Chairman of J&K Tourism Alliance; Showkat Ahmad Pakhtoon, Chairman of J&K Pilgrim & Leisure Tour Operators Federation; and representatives from other key associations such as the Association of Kashmir Tour Operators, Indian Association of Tour Operators (J&K Chapter), and Travel Agents Federation of India (J&K Chapter).
