Kishtwar Jun 27: Honble Mr. Justice Javed Iqbal Wani, Administrative judge, District Kishtwar, visited District Court Complex Kishtwar. His lordships inspected, the working of District Courts. His lordships also interacted with members of the bar and civil administration. His lordships instructed the judges to take care of the litigant public and speedup, disposal of old pending cases. His lordships, and redressed the grievances of members of bar. His lordships opened up the library of bar, and impressed upon the senior members of the bar to groom the younger generation of lawyers, encourage them by personal example. His lordships also, impressed upon the younger members to work hard, and utilise the library, and facilities of modern technology. Justice Javed also interacted with civil administration and proposed feasibility of New Court Complex, for catering to future expansion, of requirements of Courts, taking into consideration the expansion of courts. His lordships also, directed the DC to provide accomodation for housing circuit bench of Consumer court at Kishtwar. Demands of remote areas of Paddar, Dachan and, Marwah – Wadwan. As these are far flung areas. The inspection of PDSJ Manjeet Manhas, CJM. M. A.Alnasir. and JMIC Kartar Singh. Civil administration was represented by DC. Dr. Devansh Yadav, n SSP Qayoom Choudhary and DSP Sajjad Khan. Ex.Engg R&B. His lordships was accompanied by, Addl Registrar cum Principal Secretary Sh.Tassaduq Qadri. Earlier Honble Judge was welcomed by an impressive Guard of Honour by contingent of JKP.
