Late M. L. Razdan honoured with ‘HoF Award-2024’; TASK says a proud moment

Srinagar, Sept 14: Late Mohan Lal Razdan, a pioneer in Kashmir’s tourism industry, was posthumously honored with the prestigious Hall of Fame Award at the 39th IATO Annual Convention in Bhopal. The award, conferred by the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), recognized his significant contributions to tourism in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, particularly for founding Razdan Holidays and introducing global tourists to the region.
Ibrahim Siah, President of the Travel Agents Society of Kashmir (TASK), and Nasir Shah, IATO Chairman (J&K), expressed pride in Mr. Razdan’s recognition, emphasizing the enduring legacy of his contributions to the state’s tourism industry.
