PAMPORE March 20 : As part of the ongoing Enrollment drive 2025 a mega enrollment rally was organized by Cluster Boys Higher Secondary School, Pampore, to promote quality education and increase student enrollment.
Students carried placards and posters with slogans, marching through different areas of the Pampore education zone to advocate for education and encourage enrollment.
Cluster Head Shaheen Ji and senior lecturer Jahangir Ahmad expressed their gratitude to all the participating teachers and stakeholders for their support. They emphasized that such initiatives will continue to focus on universal education, empowering students, and ensuring a brighter future for all.
Speaking to Morning Kashmir, Principal of Boys Higher Secondary School (BHSS) Pampore, Shaheen Ji, stated that under the orders of the Director of Education, they have launched a mega enrollment drive from Government Boys Higher Secondary School Pampore. Their goal is to deliver this message to every household—that students graduating from government schools have excelled in various fields and contributed to society.
She emphasized that many successful professionals, including doctors, engineers, IAS officers, and KAS officers, have emerged from government schools. She assured that Government Boys Higher Secondary School Pampore is a fully equipped institution, providing all necessary facilities such as ICT labs, computer labs, smart classrooms, and vocational courses.
Additionally, the school organizes numerous summer camps and trekking programs. She further expressed her hope that every student graduating from the school would emerge as a capable and responsible citizen.
Speaking to Morning Kashmir, Senior Lecturer Jahangir Ahmad said that Boys Higher Secondary School (BHSS) Pampore has organized a mega enrollment rally under the leadership of Principal BHSS Pampore. All schools from different clusters participated in this initiative, which was conducted to promote admissions in government schools.
He emphasized the need to spread awareness among the public that government schools have highly qualified staff and provide free education without any fees, as per the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. He also highlighted the numerous facilities available in these schools.
The purpose of this enrollment drive is to inform people about the benefits and resources offered by government schools. He further announced that admissions are now open, starting from KG classes up to 11th grade.
