Over 25 Senior Bureaucrats Juggle Multiple Roles in J&K
Srinagar Dec 7: At least 25 bureaucrats, including IAS, IFS, and JKAS officers are holding additional charges in Jammu and Kashmir.
Chandraker Bharti, Principal Secretary, Home Department, is also overseeing the Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation, and Reconstruction Department.
Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department, is also serving as Financial Commissioner Revenue and Administrative Secretary, Estates Department.
Shailendra Kumar, Principal Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, holds additional responsibility as Administrative Secretary, Forest, Ecology, and Environment Department.
P K Pole, Chief Electoral Officer, is serving as Commissioner Secretary, Election Department.
Santosh Dattatraya Vaidya, Principal Secretary, Finance Department, has been holding additional charge of the Information Technology Department, as well as Chairmanship of JKIDFC and CEO of JAKEGA.
Dr. Rashmi Singh, Commissioner Secretary, Hospitality and Protocol Department, is also Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi, and Administrative Secretary, Higher Education Department.
Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, Administrative Secretary, Labour and Employment Department, has taken on additional roles in the Skill Development and Revenue Departments.
Owais Ahmed, Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, holds additional charge as CEO of the Special Purpose Vehicle for Srinagar Smart City Project.
Bhupinder Kumar, Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department, is overseeing Census Operations and Citizen Registration for J&K and Ladakh.
Ramesh Kumar, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, has been holding additional charge as Additional CEO, Jammu Metropolitan Region Development Authority.
Mohammad Aijaz, Administrative Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, is also Administrative Secretary, Civil Aviation Department, and CEO of J&K ERA.
Rahul Yadav, Mission Director, HADP, is also Special Secretary, Agriculture Production Department.
Bashir Ahmad Khan, Secretary, Social Welfare Department, is also Director General, Sheep Husbandry Kashmir.
Khalid Jahangir, Managing Director, J&K Trade Promotion Organization, is also Director, Entrepreneurship Development Institute.
Naseem Javid Chowdhary, Managing Director, J&K Horticulture Produce Marketing and Processing Corporation, also holds charge of Director, Sheep Husbandry Jammu.
Sandeep Singh Bali, Programmer Officer, ICDS Project Anantnag, is now also overseeing the ICDS Project in Kulgam.
