New Delhi: 17.02.2026-24.02.2026: During the duty from 17.02.2026-24.02.2026 following cases were made by the officers of the Airport Commissionerate, Mumbai Customs Zone–III:-
Highlights of the cases:
• Based on spot & APIS profiling, following cases were made:
1) 03 Hydroponic Weed cases were booked in which a total of 23.593 kgs of suspected NDPS (Hydroponic Weed), valued at approximately Rs. 23.593/- crore in the illicit market were recovered from 03 passengers who had arrived from Bangkok and were arrested under the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.
2) 03 Gold cases were booked in which a total of 591.9 grams of Gold valued at Rs. 85.35/- lacs were recovered from 03 passengers.
• Based on specific intel, following cases were made:
1) 01 case was booked in which medicines were recovered from 01 passenger who was attempting to export medicines without valid license. The medicines were confiscated under the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962.
