Srinagar, Aug 03: BJP Senior Leader Manzoor Bhat slammed National Conference’s hypocrisy, saying, “Those who have inflicted wounds on the people of Kashmir are now trying to present themselves as healers.”
Bhat exposed NC’s double standards on PSA, introduced by their own leader Sheikh Abdullah in 1978, and their role in issuing liquor licenses in the 1990s. “Their historical complicity in inflicting pain and suffering through PSA, pellet guns, and social evils like liquor licenses can’t be washed away by their crocodile tears.”
He concluded, “The people of Kashmir won’t fall for their political farce. We will continue to expose their hypocrisy and work towards a brighter future for our Kashmiri youth, free from the shackles of NC’s destructive legacy.”
“The Modi Government has been a beacon of hope for the youth of Jammu and Kashmir, liberating them from the shackles of National Conference’s destructive legacy. By introducing progressive policies and development initiatives, the Modi Government has empowered the youth, providing them with opportunities and a brighter future. We have brought them out of the darkness and into a new era of peace, prosperity, and progress.”
