The court issued the notice in a case related to an FIR 42/2018 registered at Pampore police station.
The team of police station Pampore went to house Owais Ferooz son of Ferooz Ahmad Mir , resident of Frestabal Pampore, pasted the proclamation notice and other places in the Frestabal Pampore.
According to reports Owais has been living in Pakistan for the last few years.
