JAMMU, JANUARY 07: Shri Shamsher Hakla Poonchi, a prominent Gujjar Leader today called on Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha.
He apprised the Lieutenant Governor about various issues pertaining to welfare of Gujjar Bakerwal community and promotion of Gojri language.
