Actor Seerat Kapoor has opened the doors to one of her most personal dreams yet — a breathtaking five-bedroom luxury villa named Jade, nestled amidst the serene hills and lush greenery of Lonavala. Blending earthy elegance with nature-led design, the villa reflects a deeply personal journey shaped by family, creativity, travel and intentional living.
Without any formal campaigns, Jade has quietly become one of Lonavala’s most talked-about luxury retreats, attracting attention through word of mouth, returning guests and its distinctive design identity.
The vision for Jade was shaped by Seerat Kapoor’s mother, Neena Kapoor and her aunt, Reena Taneja, both former Air India air hostesses whose years of travel exposed them to diverse cultures, architecture and aesthetics from around the world. Deeply artistic by nature, Neena has long been the creative anchor within the family, bringing warmth, timeless taste and an instinctive eye for detail while Reena introduced balance, openness and understated contemporary sophistication to the home’s visual identity.
Actor Seerat Kapoor then infused the villa with her instinct for atmosphere, serenity and emotional storytelling; shaped further by her creative journey through cinema, travel and visual expression. Together, the trio crafted a home where architecture, emotion and family identity exist in seamless harmony.
The villa’s architectural execution was brought to life in collaboration with design studio Untag, helping translate the vision into a nature-led luxury retreat.
Adding another artistic layer to Jade is Seerat’s brother, Varun Kapoor, an exceptional graphic designer who designed the villa’s logo and contributed original paintings and a hand-painted poolside mural, bringing a subtle contemporary edge to the home’s earthy, soulful aesthetic.
The interior language of Jade beautifully blends tropical modernism with old-world Indian warmth. Exposed brick textures, arched wooden doorways, handcrafted furniture, checkerboard flooring, expansive black-framed windows and open courtyards create a home that feels both architectural and deeply intimate. Designed around fluid indoor-outdoor living, the villa embraces natural light, fresh air and surrounding greenery as integral parts of the experience. The property also features a private pool, an expansive open terrace and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces created for slow mornings, meditation and quiet connection with nature.
