JKPECCput forth humble submission before Hon’ble CM of J&K UT being the power minister as well. Power sector of the jammu kashmir region is being so vital and pivotal for development. Post UT Status the Department was forced to unbundle without consent of it’s stake holders. Due to this one side decision the employees of this vital department suffered alot and caused great inconvenience to public as well. All the pdd empolyees have been treated as second class of employees and deprived of many provisions like PAYSYS, budgetary support to our salaries just relied on GIA (Grant In Aid) pendency of SRO 43 compensinate appointments,regularisation of daily wagers who are awiting for their permanent job since decades,with held the department promotions and unjustified delay in improving of HR polcies especially in Non Gazzitted cadre,etc.As such it is humble request to your august hands to have a sympathetic look to this crucial issues so that the uncertainty among the thousands empolyees shall be avoided.
