Two Tourist Among three Injured in Road Accident at Lethpora on NH-44

110 Bn CRPF Troops Swiftly Shift Injured to SDH Pampore Using Unit Ambulance


PAMPORE April : 08 Three including two Tourists were injured in a road accident at Lethpora on NH-44 near the Hatiwara crossing area of Pampore Tehsil in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district. The accident occurred between a dumper vehicle bearing registration number JK13F-4989 and an IGNIS vehicle Chasis number JK01C 0014TC.

Police officials told Morning Kashmir that the accident occurred around 6 AM today between dumper vehicle and IGNIS vehicle, resulting in injuries to two tourists and a driver boarding on IGNIS vehicle. The injured were immediately shifted to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Pampore for treatment by troops of the 110 Battalion CRPF.
The injured identified Javaid Ahmad Pader son of Ghulam Mohammad, resident of Mirhama Kulgam, Iksha Yadev daughter of Arun Yadev, resident of Nikraj UP and Auroon Kumar Yadev son of FD Yadev, resident of Nikraj UP.
Troops from the 110 Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Lethpora promptly responded and used their unit Ambulance to shift the trio injured persons to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Pampore for treatment.
All the injured persons reffered to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for advanced treatment.Awantipora police have taken cognizance of the incident.
