Srinagar: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha welcomed Vice President of India C. P. Radhakrishnan at the Srinagar Airport ahead of his two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir. During his maiden visit to the Union Territory, the Vice President will attend the Convocation Ceremony of the University of Kashmir in Srinagar as the Chief Guest on Thursday.
