Youth4PanunKashmir and Panun Kashmir Announce Launch of “Maha Abhiyan” for Homeland Reclamation from 16th January 2026

Jammu, 7th October 2025: In a landmark meeting, Youth4PanunKashmir (Y4PK) and Panun Kashmir announced the launch of a decisive “Maha Abhiyan” beginning 16th January 2026 at Jagti, Jammu. Rooted in the Margdarshan Resolution of 1991, the Abhiyan seeks to unite the displaced Kashmiri Pandit community in reclaiming its rightful homeland.

The movement will open with the Asht Bhairav invocation and Shakti Yajna, symbolizing strength, unity, and spiritual resolve. Leaders described the campaign as the culmination of 35 years of endurance and the awakening of the community’s collective conscience.

Rahul Kaul, Chairman, Apex Committee, Y4PK, said: “The Maha Abhiyan represents the moral and spiritual call to reclaim what history and destiny promised us — Panun Kashmir.” President Vithal Chowdhary termed it the definitive assertion of the right to return, while Vice President Sunil Raina called it a generational call to transform pain into purpose.

Youth leaders including Suvesh Pandita, Rahul Pandita, and Yamini Kaul affirmed the younger generation’s readiness to lead with cultural confidence and digital mobilization. Senior activists also endorsed the announcement, marking rare intergenerational unity.

The Maha Abhiyan envisions cultural, spiritual, and community programs culminating in a collective declaration for homeland reclamation, rehabilitation, and justice.
