The All India Kashmiri Samaj (AIKS) hereby informs all members of the community that all litigation instituted by or on behalf of AIKS is being exclusively conducted by its duly authorized Panel of Advocates, comprising Shri P. N. Raina, Shri P. N. Goja, Shri Virender Bhat, and Shri Kashmiri Lal Ji.
AIKS places on record its deep appreciation for the dedicated services rendered by its Legal Advisory Team in safeguarding the interests of the community.
It has come to the notice of AIKS that certain individuals are allegedly soliciting donations and financial contributions in the name of AIKS for ongoing legal proceedings. AIKS categorically clarifies that it has not authorized any individual, group, or organization to collect funds on its behalf for any pending litigation.
All legal expenses relating to AIKS cases are being met and managed solely by AIKS. Accordingly, members of the community are advised not to contribute any money to any person claiming to be raising funds for AIKS litigation. AIKS shall bear no responsibility or liability for any payment made to unauthorized persons. Community members are requested to disregard such misleading claims and rely only on official communications issued by AIKS.
