Srinagar: On August 1, 2023, at Tagore Hall, Srinagar, the President of ACA and SKLCWS, Mr.Tariq Ahmad Shera, was invited to the J&K Rural Development Society to grace the occasion with his appearance. Mr.Tariq Ahmad Shera was honoured with an Award of Appreciation by the hands of Dr.Mustafa Kamal and Mubarak Gul for his constant dedication to Social activism, which was offered to him for his activeness in social work and always being at the forefront of the eradication of social evils like drug abuse, the dowry system, etc. Mr.Tariq Ahmad Shera said he will always be at the forefront of eradicating all the social evils that have paralysed the function of our societies towards development because of the engagement of youth in drugs and many other social evils. Mr.Tariq Ahmad Shera is also known for working in serials and playing a different roles in Bollywood movies. Mr.Tariq Ahmad Shera is born with inborn talent. He doesn’t only focus on himself to excel in different fields like acting, dancing, and singing; he also wants to engage more youth in them because he believes Kashmir is full of such talented youth who need guidance. Mr.Tariq Ahmad Shera has shown the way to many keen youth who had the capability of proving themselves and who today perform on state and nation-wide platforms.
