Vehicles checking continues in Bandipora

Rs. 12k recovered from Offenders

BANDIPORA, AUGUST 03: The Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Bandipora, Bilal Ahmad Mir along with his team, Wednesday conducted surprise checking of vehicles on Sopore-Bandipora road with special focus on Affixation of HSRP plates and speed limiting devices.

During the drive, 10 Driving licences, 05 RCs and 05 permits were seized and notices were issued on spot for traffic violations.
A fine of Rs. 12,000 was recovered from offenders and documents of some vehicles were also seized. Moreover vehicles plying without HSRP were also seized.
