Lucknow, September 1, 2026: Sanjay Bhushan, founder of the Bhushan Family Foundation, reported that the Foundation organized a cow service program today at Kanha Upvan (Nandini Dham) in Lucknow.
Sanjay Bhushan said, “Today was a very emotional and virtuous moment for us. We worshipped the cow with Vedic mantras, applied tilak, garlanded it, and fed it with our own hands. We always believe that 33 crore gods and goddesses reside in the cow, and that cow service is true human service.”
Sanjay Bhushan further said, “I express my heartfelt gratitude to the illustrious Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi Adityanath, under whose able leadership cow protection has taken a new direction in Uttar Pradesh. The construction of cow shelters like Kanha Upvan has provided support to destitute cattle. His dedication to cow service inspires us all.”
Sanjay Bhushan expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Kanha Upvan administration and all the veterinary officers serving there. Veterinary officers Dr. Abhinav, Dr. Ashish, and their entire team were present with him at today’s event.
Also present on this occasion were Shivakant Awasthi, Rupesh Pandey, and all the officials and cow protectors.
