The scholarly greatness and unparalleled services of Hazrat Mir Syed Ali Hamdani (RA) shine across the Muslim world like a radiant sun. Amir-e-Kabeer Mir Syed Ali Hamdani (RA) rendered extraordinary services not only to the region of Jammu and Kashmir but also to many parts of Central Asia for the propagation of Islam, the elevation of faith, and the welfare of humanity.
It is because of this noble and visionary leader that the reconstruction and reformation of the Ummah were carried out in such a remarkable manner that, even after centuries, his contributions continue to flow like a living stream. These views were expressed by the Chief of Karwani Islami International, Allama Dr. Ghulam Rasool Hami, at the Central Jamia Masjid Sheikh-ul-Alam (RA), Chimmer Noorabad.
A large gathering of believers and devotees of the Awliya Allah from different areas participated in the event. Allama Hami stated that the magnificent achievements, spiritual excellence, miracles, and noble qualities of Amir-e-Kabeer serve as a model of spiritual values for all humanity. Dr. Hami said that Amir-e-Kabeer (RA) brought about a comprehensive revolution in Kashmir in multiple dimensions, due to which the Kashmiri nation still enjoys a unique and distinguished position in the world today.
He added that the greatness, enthusiasm, and dedication with which Amir-e-Kabeer (RA) devoted himself and thousands of his disciples day and night for the supremacy of religious, social, political, intellectual, moral, and economic systems in Kashmir will remain a source of progress and elevation for the Kashmiri Ummah until the Day of Judgment. Hami further said that just as Amir-e-Kabeer (RA) rescued the people of Kashmir from the deep darkness of misguidance and illuminated them with the light of faith and spiritual wisdom, he also played an unparalleled role in strengthening and uplifting the economic and financial condition of the region.
Allama Hami remarked that Amir-e-Kabeer served the Ummah as a perfect architect and a blessed reformer, because of whom the foundational values of this nation still remain firmly preserved. He added that Amir-e-Kabeer (RA) enriched the people with sound beliefs and intellectual guidance essential for true spiritual direction, and introduced numerous arts, crafts, and skills necessary for social welfare, thereby making the Valley of Kashmir indebted to him forever.
Referring to the scholarly and spiritual achievements of Hazrat Mir Syed Ali Hamdani (RA), Allama Hami urged the members of the Ummah to practically implement the teachings and ideology of the Awliya Allah and great Sufi saints, especially Amir-e-Kabeer Mir Syed Ali Hamdani (RA), and prove themselves to be his true followers and sincere devotees without ever abandoning his sacred mission.
He stated that even today, the establishment of spiritual centers across the state and throughout the world is among the most urgent needs for reviving spiritual values. He further said that the eradication of drug addiction and other crimes is only possible through this spiritual system.
