DIPR conducts cleanliness drive to promote Swachhata Hi Sewa campaign

JAMMU, OCT 25: In connection with Swachhta Pakhwada and Swachhata Hi Sewa campaign and to mark UT Foundation Day celebration, Department of Information and Public Relation (DIPR) on Wednesday conducted a comprehensive cleanliness drive here in its Office premises under the guidance of DIPR Joint Director Jammu Atul Gupta
Joint Director (Hqr) Naresh Kumar, Deputy Director (PR) Dr. Vikas Sharma, Deputy Director (AV) Dharampal, Deputy Director (Central) Sunil Kumar along with Information Officers and other staff members participated in the cleanliness drive.

The cleanliness drive was conducted in and around the office premises with the active participation of the employees of the department.
Speaking on the occasion, the Joint Director highlighted the importance of the clean and hygienic environment for a prosperous society. He underlined the need for setting a benchmark to inspire the society to embrace a culture of cleanliness.
He added that this initiative reflects the department’s unwavering commitment towards fostering a cleaner and healthier living environment.
