Mega IEC Awareness Programme organises at Doda

DODA AUGUST 14: The District Program Officer Doda, Pramjeet Singh organized a mega IEC Awareness Programme focusing on Poshan Abhiyan, Swachhta Abhiyan, and a Tiranga Concert. The event was graced by the presence of the District Development Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh who served as the chief guest.
During the event, Harvinder Singh inspected stalls showcasing various initiatives under the Poshan Abhiyan and Swachhta Abhiyan. The programme also featured a vibrant cultural performance that underscored the significance of nutrition and cleanliness in daily life.

The programme also saw active participation from Supervisors, H&NMs, Anganwadi workers, and helpers, who performed skits, songs, plays, and delivered speeches to spread awareness.
In his address, Harvinder Singh emphasized the importance of community involvement in the success of government schemes and highlighted the critical role of Poshan Abhiyan in combating malnutrition and ensuring the well-being of children and mothers.
The event was attended by Manesh Kumar, Chief Planning Officer; Manoj Kumar, Assistant Commissioner Development; Prakash Lal, Chief Education Officer; Tariq Parvaiz, District Social Welfare Officer; and Ninad, Executive Officer, Municipal Council, along with all CDPOs of the district.
