CRPF’s ‘Madadgaar’ Initiative Brings Free Healthcare to Remote Bajnadi in Khrew Pampore

PAMPORE, March 17: Under its Civic Action Programme “Madadgaar”, the 185th Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) organised a free medical camp in the remote hilly area of Bajnadi in Khrew, aimed at providing essential healthcare services to underprivileged and tribal populations.
The camp witnessed an overwhelming response from local residents, particularly from tribal communities residing in far-flung areas with limited access to medical facilities. Hundreds of patients were examined and treated by a team of experienced doctors, who provided consultations for a wide range of health issues.

Free medicines were distributed among the needy, while several diagnostic tests were conducted on-site to ensure timely and comprehensive medical care. The initiative brought much-needed relief to the residents, many of whom otherwise have to travel long distances to avail basic healthcare services.
Locals expressed gratitude and appreciation towards the CRPF for organising the humanitarian initiative. They said such camps not only address immediate health concerns but also help strengthen the bond between security forces and the civilian population.
Officials stated that the CRPF will continue to organise similar outreach programmes in remote areas as part of its ongoing commitment to public welfare and community engagement.
