DC Shopian chairs Rogi Kalyan Samiti

SHOPIAN, OCT 28 : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Faz Lul Haseeb today convened a meeting of Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) meeting here at Mini Secretariat to review of District Healthcare in Shopian.
The meeting was apprised about the requirements of upgradation works and other basic amenities in DH Shopian.

The DC also took stock of the healthcare provisions and other basic facilities needed in District Hospital and directed for providing better facilities including diagnostics, sanitation and hygiene.
The meeting also discussed the various initiatives being taken to upgrade services including adequate registration counters to ease the OPD services, interior works etc.
DC gave instructions to the health functionaries for early purchase of all equipments necessary for DH to facilitate the patients coming to the hospital for treatment.
He also emphasized for setting up of extra registration counters to facilitate the patients to get their tickets with ease.
DDC, Chairperson, Shopian, Bilqees Jan and other concerned committee members were present.
