Army’s 46 RR Rescues Stranded Vehicles Amid Heavy Snowfall in Baramulla

Baramulla, Jan 27, 2026: Amid heavy snowfall in the Kashmir Valley, the Indian Army’s 46 Rashtriya Rifles (46 RR) carried out rescue operations at multiple locations in old and uptown of Baramulla in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district, helping stranded vehicles stuck on snow-covered roads.
The timely action by the Army ensured the safe movement of commuters and prevented further inconvenience during the harsh weather conditions. Several vehicles were successfully pulled out from slippery and blocked stretches of roads.
